TENKER TENS Unit The TENS machine is used to temporarily relieve pain associated with sore and sore muscles in the shoulder, waist, back, neck, upper extremities (arm), and lower limbs (leg) due to stress from exercise or normal household work activities. Compared with push-button style conductive electrodes and wires, electrode conductive patches and wires with 2mm plug are easier to connect or disconnect without any extra pain from installation, even when the electrode pads are on your body. Compact and lightweight It fits in your briefcase or wallet to take it on the go, whether to the gym, travel, to the office, to shopping. Maintenance and Care 1. When you have finished using the TENS device, turn it off and remove the pads. Store the unit in a cool, dry place until next use. 2. After use, cover the pads with the included pad holders/protective film and place them back in the included bag. Applying a few drops of water before and after use will increase the longevity of the pads. 3. Charge the unit at least every 3 months in case you do not use it regularly. You can also charge the unit using the included wall charger or directly from your computer using the included USB cable.
