Brazilian digital creator Bianca Dias has died at the age of 20, days after undergoing a cosmetic procedure. Her sudden passing has prompted widespread grief online, as details surrounding the circumstances continue to emerge. Authorities have not yet issued an official confirmation regarding the exact medical cause of her death.

Dias, who had amassed nearly 60,000 followers on Instagram, was reportedly recovering at home following plastic surgery when her health deteriorated unexpectedly. The information was shared publicly by her close friend, Giovanna Borges.

In a post cited by People, Borges wrote, “She had a pulmonary clot, had 2 seizures, and when she arrived at the hospital, she was no longer alive,” describing what she said were the events leading up to Dias’ death.

While these claims have circulated widely on social media, there has been no formal medical statement confirming the precise cause.

Borges also acknowledged the public response to the news, stating, “I want to thank the countless messages. Thank you all who took the time to worry and send messages. If you can pray for the family, regardless of religion, I will be extremely grateful!”

According to online reports, Dias’ family arranged a wake in São Paulo on the morning of February 20.

Dias was known in Brazil as a model and lifestyle influencer. Her social media content focused largely on fashion, travel and everyday life. She frequently posted photos from trips abroad, including recent images from London, where she posed near landmarks such as Big Ben.

Her last visible Instagram post, dated December 2025, showed her taking a selfie inside a car in São Paulo. Her profile biography read, “Vivendo no meu tempo, sem pressa e com propósito,” translated as, “Living at my own pace, without rushing and with purpose.”

As tributes continue to appear online, the influencer community in Brazil has expressed shock at the loss of a young creator whose platform had been steadily growing. Further updates are expected as authorities clarify the medical findings related to her death.
